Construction & Asset Management Services:

Our geographic focus is in the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic United States. Castlerock Partners currently has office locations in Austin, Houston, Miami, Atlanta & Washington, DC. We are currently managing assets in over 60 different subdivisions for several large banks in multiple cities including: Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Atlanta and Charlotte. We approach every assignment with an owner's perspective. Our 250 years of collective experience allows us to provide a "turn-key" approach to asset management. We oversee and provide input on every aspect of the project. Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Immediately protecting the asset from vandalism and natural deterioration
  • Perform comprehensive assessment and budgeting
  • Protection of entitlements
  • Selection and oversight of construction
  • Selection and oversight of broker through closing
  • Review and negotiation of contracts and leases
  • Communication with HOA's and municipalities to eliminate any unnecessary fines or loss of entitlements
